Terms and Conditions for Cowboyz MMO

Effective Date: February 2, 2025

By accessing and playing Cowboyz MMO ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Game.

1. Account Creation and Security

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted
  • Account sharing or trading is strictly prohibited

2. Game Rules and Fair Play

  • Exploiting bugs or glitches is prohibited
  • Use of automated scripts or bots is not allowed
  • Harassment or abuse of other players is not tolerated
  • All in-game actions must be performed by the account owner

3. Permadeath System

  • Character death is permanent and irreversible
  • All items and progress are lost upon death
  • No refunds or reversals will be provided for character deaths
  • Players accept all risks associated with the permadeath system

4. In-Game Economy

  • Real-money trading is strictly prohibited
  • All in-game items and currency must be obtained through legitimate gameplay
  • Trading or transferring items between accounts is not allowed
  • We reserve the right to remove illegitimately obtained items or currency

5. Content and Behavior

  • Offensive or inappropriate usernames are not allowed
  • Chat messages must not contain hate speech or harassment
  • Impersonating staff or other players is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to moderate all user-generated content

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Cheating or exploiting game mechanics
  • Harassment of other players
  • Multiple account creation
  • Real-money trading
  • Sharing or selling accounts

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced through in-game notifications.
